The Tibi new ballerina by Maison Margiela. The design of the shoe was taken from ballet shoes in the house archive. They are made of soft nappa leather, with a handmade treatment applied to the folds, base, and seams. Manually worked to create a vintage effect, they feature the Tabi split toe, inspired by traditional Japanese socks from the 15th century, which were launched as part of Maison's debut collection in 1989.
